Service desk 5 Restore
Does anyone know if it is possible for me to restore a backup taken from a sd4 enviroment into sd5.
I am currently testing sd5 on another machine and would like to take a copy of the live data in sd4.
i have tried just using the restoredata.bat file but it just seems to sit there saying fileAttachments restored successfully but looking in SD not data is restored
