My first proposal is the ablility to edit additional field values that are containted within a picklist with out having to delete and recreate the item.  Also give additional buttons to move items up or down so they can be sorted without having to delete everything and start over everytime you want to make a change.

 

My second proposal for improvement would have the ablity to have Contact addresses without having to create additional feilds.  This would be helpful in situation where your contacts don't nessessarily qualify as accounts.
