Service Catalog/Service Requests removed?

I am new to ManageEngine ServiceDesk, recently installing 9.0 Build 9002 and obtaining a free license.

We are evaluating it as a replacement for our current Help Desk ticketing system.

I've noticed that the current documentation doesn't match up with the latest build. Specifically the functionality related to creating a Service Catalog isn't present, although Service Categories are there and can be tied to Incident Templates for the end users to quickly create requests.

So basically it seems the functionality of the Service Desk Standard (free) centers around incidents only (reporting problems) and no longer general service requests (requesting a change or a service from IT). There is a distinction, as pointed out in your own documentation.

I just want to confirm that before moving forward in architecting our Help Desk design to include service request related categories and templates within the Requests module, or if I'm just missing something in the install or configuration.

I've attached screen shots of my menu bar and the Helpdesk settings under the Admin tab to show how the Service Catalog related features are not there as in the current documentation.
