[SOLVED] Server will not start (Windows)

We have an old instance of ServiceDesk Plus that we use for lookup of old jobs (we are now on SDPMSP)

Today we have found that we can no longer connect to it. Upon investigation, the Service is running, but this is what we are seeing in the serverout0 log file…

We are running on Windows, and have checked that there are no other services listening on 443, and also rerun the changeWebServerPort.bat file to ensure it is set to 443.

Any ideas?
