Server stuck in Critical status
I have a Windows 2003 domain controller device that had a critical alarm. I opened the alarm from the Snapshot page for the server, cleared it, and closed out. Now the server still shows a critical status but the "Recent Alarms" section of the snapshot page it just has the red circle-X icon, with no text or hyperlink to go to an alarm. Choosing "Show Alarms" does not show any alarms for the server and choosing "Update Status" does not fix this.
Does anyone know how I can get this server out of it's "Critical" state?
