server side setup to pull IIS logs

server side setup to pull IIS logs

I'm currently testing eventlog analyzer and noticed the only way to get sql and iis logs is to import the logs via FTP or SFTP/SSH, only problem is I'm not sure how to set that up on the server side.  Anyone out there have some instructions that would tell me how to properly set up and IIS/SQL box to allow eventlog analyzer to FTP to it to import the logs?  I'm running server 2008.
