Server Setup to Enable Mobile App Access
Being a Help Desk person and not a security \ networking person, I need detailed instructions to give to the networking folks on what I need them to do to my server to make it accessible to my techs on their mobile phones. Is there documentation for this?
I already know how to set up the app on the phone. That doesn't do me any good unless something is facing the Internet. I just don't know how all that works.
