Server Not Reachable

Hello everyone, 
 
  I've started to deploy MDM Desktop Central in my company after evaluating the product three month ago. It worked fine for Android devices but now I'm having some problems.

  I can enroll correctly IOS devices nevertheless I can't enroll Android ones. When I enter the configuration data an error appear that says "Server Not Reachable! Verify Network Connectivity and Server Details".

  TCP ports 8383, 8020 and 2195 can go through my firewall and a NAT rule is set to forward port 8383 an 8020 to Desktop Central Server.

  Any suggestion?
