Server listings - 2 problems
We have two problems in OpManager.
1. Two Windows 2003 servers, similar hardware. SNMP is enabled and running on both servers. Credentials are all set up and the same on both servers and in OpManager. Monitors are default using SNMP for CPU, Memory, Disk. On one server SNMP passes the test and the monitors are showing data. On the second server SNMP fails the test and no data is appearing.
2. Tried putting a Windows Server 2003 server into the server list. OpManager says it already exists, yet it does not show up anywhere. I have tried rediscovering, etc, but always wind up with the same problem - it exists and I can't even go to it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
