Server HP-UX does not appear to be scheduler as Report

Hi, Im evaluating Applications Manager and I created a Monitor Server HP-UX, this server also contain an Oracle DB. The App Manager created both monitors the server and the Oracle DB. But in Admin --> Scheduler Reports, only appears the Oracle DB Monitor to be scheduler, the server does not appear. Any Idea ?
I'm using telnet (port 23) to monitor the server.
