Server Dial Graph & clicked through "Process diagnostics" are very different

Server Dial Graph & clicked through "Process diagnostics" are very different

Can you explain why this is the case?

In this example the ram is over 93% utilised and has triggered a critical alert but the dial graph still displays 7%?!
