Server Connectivity ERROR

Server Connectivity ERROR

When running the troubleshooting tool on any workstation or the server the Desktop Central Server shows Failed Status "The remote server returned error (401) Unauthorized"
Server version is 10.0.658

Is this causing a problem that I may not be aware of ?
I was troubleshooting auto deployment errors when I noticed this
I haven't noticed any other issues
