Server Availability Report:: 7 servers shown as Down
Hello there
My Opmanager is ok , except that on the Report section--> All server availability report, among the 40 servers I have, 7 servers are shown with 0 percent uptime for today. i tried for the "past one week report", result is the same. but on the "last one month" report these servers are shown as 60 percent uptime.
for the last 2 weeks, these servers are shown as down by the report .
and yet , physically all these servers are own and working properly with out giving any trouble.
I went thru one of the solution given by Aravind, thats modifying the ping.properties and restarted the service. but no luck. it still does not recognise the servers as UP.
What do I do?
