I need someone from Adventnet to contact me ASAP regarding a support case we tried to open with your company.

My IT person called your support line to get help regarding disk space alarms not being caught and the person on the other end of the phone did not seem very knowledgeable nor interested in resolving our issue.

At one point during the call, your support person said "I have other customers I need to attend to right now". Are we not a customer?

The person on the other end of the phone would not give us a ticket number, nor did he want to give us his name.
