Serious issue with hotfix 7016 - 'Edit' option broken
In build 7016 if you click the 'Edit' option in a request and make a change to it a new requests is added with the same details instead of the existing one being edited. Others have reported this and I have been able to re-produce it.
This is quite a big issue and needs to be fixed quickly.
