serial interfaces on 2600 and 1700 series router
I have been evaluating OpManager for the last couple of days and I am very impressed. I have been able to load several custom graphs. But, my issue is with the serial interfaces on a 2600 and 1700 series router. The interface speeds are shown and the status of the interface (down or up). But, there is no graph produced from the serial interfaces. It is unable to fetch the interface details. I could find the OID for these interfaces and create a custom graph. But, should the interfaces work right out of the box. I double-checked the OID from the add new device. By querying the router and finding the OID. This showed the same OID as the one currently detected for the 2600 and 1700.
