Serial Cisco 1600

For my routers Cisco, I verify the presence of the link of backup ( ISDN) it is very important because it is when we have a breakdown on the main link that we learn that there is no more a backup (disconnected, cancelled) it is as the redundant power. It is when the second is HS that we begin crying.! The problem is that after the discovery or rediscovered everything is OK and later 15 or 30 minutes, the interface is in the state ATTENTION. I have the problem over my 1600 and not on 7200.
