Seperation of duties - Tool Management versus Super user

Seperation of duties - Tool Management versus Super user

Hello,

Hopefully my issue is due to my lack of deep understanding of SDP, however, I'm not sure it is. It appears to me that because of the nature of the activities available in different Roles in SDP, that it is impossible to separate out the tool administrators from the super-users. There are features that a super-user of the tool would want that they can only get by assigning the SDAdmin role. The problem is that this role allows the super-user to have tool administrator rights as well.

Features only available to SDAdmin that should be available to super-users without granting full tool administration rights:
- Creation/maintenance of Business rules
- Creation/maintenance of Preventative Maintenance Tasks
- Visibility of "Request by Technician" in Home | Global View tab
- Visibility of "Request Summary" in Home | Global View tab

Ideally, I would have at least one more role added to the default roles:
SDDispatch - grants all the features that would allow for dispatching Request tickets to Groups or Technicians

Am I missing something or is this an area for the tool to improve?
