Seperate SD+ installation interactivity
I installed SD+ for the IT operations within our company approximately 12 months ago and just recently our fianance department wanted to do the exact same thing after the success of IT, they have now created a service desk to answer all financial queries initially from internal staff of which there are approximately 1800+.
The situation I am in is that as many of our finance apps are inbuilt and have on occassions issues
and with the 2 seperate teams on 2 seperate installs of SD+ we on occassions need to interact between teams as requests can be sent to Finance that are IT and vice versa, due toi being the others issue to be resolved
I have the thought that replying from a Request to the other Teams email address will work, it creates a request, but I have had a prpblem with mail fetch stopping when doing this so have created SPAM rules in both SD+ to not create or process mail if the subject contains " Your Request has been logged with" and this appears to have worked.
Looking for any other info on a better way, does anyone have similar issues?

As a side note I have 2 other teams, asset services and Accounting arm of business who also want to adapt SD+, any chance I can do this any easier than creating new db's and app servers for each install?
Version 7008, and not keen to change at this stage :-)
