Good morning.

Some backgorund first. We have MESD build 11009 on an airgapped network. We are a central hub and have multiple service providers and sites listed, all using the same incident templates. 

There is now a piece of work that needs to happen, due to business separation whereby we need to split the database. I have multiple questions:

1. Can the database be separated to only capture specific tickets/company/sites

2. Can the data be copied out, instead of removed fully

3. Will the separated data have all the associated attachments etc

4. Will the MESD build look and feel as the original did IE: like for like, just with only the new data within it.

Any help and advice is very welcome.
