Hi there,
I know this seems self explanatory but i just cant seem to get this correct.
Once a request is logged by the IT Dept (me) a confirmation e-mail is sent to the user(s) involved.
Now when i want to update the request such as a list of steps i have tried in order to resolve an issue i am writing all these steps in the work log but users do not get notified of this.
Is there any way to send a confirmation e-mail such as
"job xx has been updated with the following comments" by using the work log instead of using the conversations option?
