Sending Notification Failed while replying to the Tickets

Reported problem of Sending Notification failed which happening randomly and frequently while responding to the tickets in our manageengine servicedesk plus portal version 9.1 Build 9118 (Standard-Free Edition) for the past 5 days continuosly.

From our side, we have attempted the restart of the server/services couple of times and verified the email connectivity to the configured email account (office365) both incoming and outgoing in the servicedesk plus portal

Nothing helped so far in resolving the problem.

Attached the detailed support file with this mail for analysis/review for providing an solution to the reported problem at the earliest.
