I wanted to know if it was possible to send the email different from the classic notifications after working hours .

For example after 18 to send " your request will be read and take charge tomorrow from 7:45 "

or

We remind you that our engineers are present from 7:45 to 18 hours .

I'm using the version Servicedesk 9201 , postgrest DB .
