I have a query to be clarified. Can you please help me out with the following:

Is it possible to send Email notification automatically to the requester based on the category and subcategory he/she selected.

For example if the category is to create a new email for the new employee. 

Send them back a reply requesting to provide The details of the user(first name and last name etc).
