"Send Request to Help Desk" Icon
End users are using Windows 7 & Windows 10 workstations. My issues involves the learning curve (and lazy curve) that prevents some of my end-users from creating Help Desk requests. The current process is to go down to the
System Tray, right click
ManageEngine Desktop Central, and the select
Send request to Help Desk. Many of my end-users will simply will not do this and I cannot force them to. My goal is to make the Send Request window appear by simply double-clicking on an icon that I push to their desktops. Some still won't do this, but at that point I feel I've done all I can.
The problem I am having, is that there seems to be no way to call the file/program/service/etc that is necessary to make this window appear. I've watched task managers various tabs while I perfrom the steps above. I don't see any processes launch. I've tried Details. I don't see any PIDs change either.
Has anyone faced this issue or do you have any ideas?
Thank you in advance.
