Send notification do not pickuyp job details
Hi,
When I try to do the "send notification" ( under action) in request, problems, changes , the does not pickup the request, problems, changes IDs and put it in the Subject as oppose to the auto-notification emails generated through the templates.
Is there a way to enable this similar to customising the email templates under Notification rules.
Appreciate any comment on this.
