Noticed when searching for a recipient in the to/CC fields in a send notification window that when searching for a name with a comma in it, as soon as the comma is typed, the form clears and resets your search. For example, the user may be setup as Smith, John (USA) and his email is
john.smith@company.com.
I either have to know that there is a . between john and smith to search by email, or i'm unable to find them in the list because as soon as i type Smith, the comma resets the search.
And searching by First Last doesn't work either:
Searching for just the last name pulls up a large number of requesters and does not make sense to scroll through the list.
