Send Mail function via Print Job Sheet hangs up

We have upgraded our Service Desk Plus MSP instance from 14610 to 14840 and then from 14840 to 14910.
The problem we have now is the following:
In Incident Management within a ticket there is an option to click on Print Job Sheet.
Our customized template is then displayed.
Now we use the "Send Mail" function from this job sheet in the next step. This no longer works with 14910. The small yellow window appears with the message “Exporting PDF...” but the wheel keeps turning and nothing happens.
With 14610 we had no problem with this, the PDF was created and the mail mask with the attachment was displayed directly.
