Send mail based on Priority/ Impact or Urgency

In our process, we need the feature like these:

1. First: if a high priority (or high impact/urgency) is created in SDPlus, SDplus will send an email to notify the Boss (or even somebody) automatically

2. If an request is overdue (or isn't resolved on time), SDplus send an email to notify the Boss (or even somebody) automatically

I tried Business Rules and Notification Rules before but not found anyway (action) to send an email based on Business Rules criteria.

Would you please help me to config or show me the way to do this in SDPlus 7011 version?
