Send e-mail once

Hi. I am evaluating the OpManager 7, and when i configure the e-mail alert, i would like to receive just one e-mail for each alert. Today, I am receiving a lot of e-mail for the same alert (while the alert is not clear), every 5 minutes (for Server events for example). It's possible?
