Send e-mail notification to technicians when "Unknown Request" created

Hi,

I would like to get email notification when "Unknown Request" created.
When an unknown user send a message to the service desk email address the system create a request but im not notified about and the request shown in the "Unknown Request" only.

may someone have a solution or idea how to deal with?
