self sign in problem
hi, we use service desk plus : 9.4 Build 9407. i checked boxes "Enable Active Directory Authentication"
and "Enable "Pass-through" Authentication [Single Sign-On] - Troubleshoot" but it does not work. can anyone help me to solved this problem ? domain name dns server ip bind string and computer account is correct. when click on save button its write "SSO Settings saved successfully" but not working self sign in.
