Self Service Portal Request tab: can't see the technician in the "Assigned to" field

Self Service Portal Request tab: can't see the technician in the "Assigned to" field

Hi, even though I have assigned technician to  requests  I can't see them in the self service portal.

Login as requester, in the request list view page of the self service portal, the "Assigned to" field only shows Not-Auth for all the requests.

Please help
