When i request a software with the Self-Service Portal of Desktop
Central , it create a ticket but the user that make the request is not
the right one (ticket photo).
We have users on Desktop Central that are
organized with Id but the check the Desktop Central do on Service Desk is
by name so it cannot find the user because "Id-example" is different to
"username-example" , so it creates a user on Service Desk that has id in the
name variable (user photo).
It is possible to change the check between Service Desk and Desktop Central From Name* to Login name of Service Desk ?
