We are trying to customize the Self Service Portal to make it as simple as possible for the users to enter a new help desk ticket.
Is there a way to bring the enter a default ticket to the front and center? Our users do not want to click through multiple screens or search for something. This is especially true when they do not know what they are looking for. They would like a website that they can enter in their problem and get on with their day.
I think this can be done with a custom widget, but I have not seen any good guidance on how to set this up.
If we could put the default request front and center when they logged in this would be most beneficial.
