Self Service Portal

We are experiencing problems trying to download attachments from the Self Service Portal.

The information displays fine in the browser (ie 6) but when you click on the link to download the attachment you get an Apache Error with the message:

Type: Status Report
Message: /workorder/fileDownload.jsp
Description: The requested resource (/workorder/filedownload.jsp) not available.

Has anyone else come across this?
Any ideas how to fix this?
