Self service plus issue

Self service plus issue


we've got this issue with self service plus:

when a user registers, at the first time he is required to set the security questions.

At the following logins he is required to set the mobile phone number in the personal information.

It's a mandatory field, but the format is not recognized by selfservice plus.

We've done many and many attempts to insert this field, with no success.

Can someone help us?
