Self service alias URL login appended with old link
Hi,
i have changed the URL used to login to Service Desk Plus. Changed the value under Self Service Portal Settings > Alias URL. However, when the link to login is now sent to users (variable = $ServerAliasURL) it appears to have the old URL appended with the new one.
Please advise how i can fix this problem
