* Critical - Red

For each of these we have a template with the correct color scheme etc.

I would love to see a selectable template in the announcement feature where we could choose the severity of the announcement before it is sent out.

A drop down to select form a pre-set list of templates would be great and allow us to continue with our overall branding of the ServiceDesk.
