'Security Warning: Default Credentials Not Reset' after updating to V11124

Greetings,

Not sure why we're suddenly experiencing this error warning across the top of all Technician pages in ServiceDesk after updating to V11124.

I've reset the passwords to 'administrator' and 'guest' local accounts as mentioned here https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/en/community/topic/security-warning-after-upgrading-to with no change.

I do not know which account this warning message is referring to to know what needs to be reset.

Any ideas?
