Are there any recommendations to harden the sign in to PAM360 when made publicly available?

I'm aware of 2fa, but was wondering what else could be done as we need to make PAM360 available to the outside world as we have a lot of support staff working from home that don't have fixed IP addresses.

Any suggestions would be appreciated to allay mine and my managers fears.
