Add the ability to add roles to specific groups. This would allow a Technician to be part of different Groups with each having different roles in those groups.

 

Add the same role permissions for request to tasks. This will allow only Technicians in the group to see the Tasks and not other groups. Currently any technician can modify or close a task even if it not assigned to them.
