Secure File Transfer issue for logged-in AD account

Secure File Transfer issue for logged-in AD account

I cannot transfer files to the server using the domain user.
I have granted the user access for file transfer. In PAM360, I select Secure File Transfer from the Connections section and enter the credentials. After that, I receive this error:
'This can happen due to one of the following reasons:
Error in executing this operation. Extra param found in the request.'

And in the Choose path section it stays stuck on 'loading'.

At the same time, when I connect to the server via an RDP connection using the logged-in AD account, I cannot copy-paste or drag and drop files from my notebook to the server either.

However, when I connect to the server via an RDP connection using a Local Account created in PAM360 (whose credentials are the same as my domain user credentials), I am able to transfer files from my notebook to the server.
When connecting with the logged-in AD account, it also says that I do not have access to the Network folder at all.
