Searching requests / solutions
Is there a way to search / filter out multiple keywords for a request or solution? It seems that if you try to put in multiple keywords, it evaluates it as a phrase, not as multiple keywords. If this functionality isn't currently available, will it be in the new version?
Also is there a way to search all categories (eg. requests, solutions, and assets, etc)?
And is there a way to filter on all the available fields / drop downs on the request form?
We are evaluating the product currently, and it seems that the lack of search / filter functionality is sort of a show stopper. Are we missing anything?
