Searching for Request IDs
Is it possible to search on Request IDs only? Trouble is that a lot of our requests contain long strings of numbers, so searching on Request ID in the normal search function brings up a lot of random requests.
Would it otherwise be possible to add a column entitled Request ID to the request overview?
