Searching a duplicated request number
When we merge 2 or more requests that are similar or the same, we are not able to search for the request that has become the child request, only the parent request number.
The customer can click on link that has been sent to them by SD+ and request opens though.
Is this for a reason, or am I supposed to enable something in SD+??
