We are looking to have external parties access our Service Desk installation to pick up and handle their own requests. As an example a software development house who write one of our systems receive fix requests that we would like them to access.
We do not however want them to be able to search any other database except for requests that are assigned to them.
When I log in as the user I am given the option on the left hand side to search Requestor, System Log and Requests.
Is it possible to define what can be search for in the Role, and when searching on requests are these restricted to own.
