When I search for a Solution inside a Ticket, the search does not find anything despite the fact that there are some articles. When I search directly in the solutions, the search function works fine. Just when I search inside a ticket, it does not work. I have tried all the search options and changed the topics as well. Nothing worked. Are there any suggestions or solutions for this problem?
