Hello Manage Engine Community, 

I am trying to access Service Desk Requests using search criteria but I am facing issues 

I am able to view 10 requests details by accessing the API

Request Type - GET

URL - https://sdpondemand.manageengine.com/app/itdesk/api/v3/requests

Authorization - Zoho-oauthtoken <<Access_Token>>

However, while using the search criteria, I am getting 400 Bad Request

Request Type - GET

URL - https://sdpondemand.manageengine.com/app/itdesk/api/v3/requests?input_data={“list_info”:{“search_criteria”:[ “field”: “subject”, “condition”: “starts with”, “value”: “<<SOME TEXT>>” ]}}

Authorization - Zoho-oauthtoken <<Access_Token>>

I am not sure what the actual issue is or am I doing anything wrong
