Search All Ticket Information

Search All Ticket Information

Hi guys,

Is there a way to do a global search of all ticket information? That is, across all open and closed tickets, including request information, emails sent/received, ticket notes, solutions, etc.

I'm having difficulty searching and finding the information I'm after.
